All activities must comply with Meta’s WhatsApp Business Messaging Policies, including rules for content, opt-ins, and customer communication.
Fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, spam-based, or abusive messaging practices are strictly prohibited.
Any misuse may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of services.
3. Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, API keys, and account access.
Any unauthorized access, suspicious activity, or security breach must be reported to Sengar Infotech immediately.
Sengar Infotech is not liable for losses arising from compromised credentials due to user negligence.
4. Payments and Billing
Users agree to pay all fees, subscription charges, and service costs associated with their chosen plan.
Payments must be made on or before the due date as mentioned in the invoice or subscription cycle.
Failure to pay may lead to:
Temporary account suspension
Restricted access to messaging features
Complete account termination
All payments made are generally non-refundable, unless stated otherwise in our refund policy.
5. Data Protection
Users must obtain proper consent from their customers (end-users) before sending any WhatsApp messages.
It is the user’s responsibility to comply with applicable privacy laws, including:
GDPR (if applicable)
Indian Data Protection Laws
Meta’s Data Privacy and Consent Policies
Sengar Infotech is not responsible for violations committed by users regarding unauthorized data usage.
6. Compliance with Meta Policies
Users must strictly follow Meta’s WhatsApp Business API guidelines, including message templates, notifications, opt-in rules, and allowable use cases.
Meta reserves the right to suspend or restrict WhatsApp Business numbers if users violate the policies.
Sengar Infotech will not be responsible for:
WhatsApp number bans
Template rejections
API restrictions imposed directly by Meta
Users must maintain policy compliance to avoid disruptions.
7. Service Availability
While Sengar Infotech strives to provide uninterrupted service, network issues, Meta platform downtime, or third-party outages may cause temporary interruptions.
We do not provide guarantees regarding 100% uptime of WhatsApp, Meta services, or external integrations.
8. Termination of Services
Sengar Infotech reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts under the following circumstances:
Violation of these Terms & Conditions
Abuse of the platform
Non-payment of dues
Requests by regulatory authorities or Meta
Upon termination, all access to the Platform will be revoked.
9. Limitation of Liability
Sengar Infotech is not liable for:
Loss of data due to user error
WhatsApp number bans initiated by Meta
Financial, reputational, or business losses arising from misuse of the Platform
Downtime or delays caused by third-party integrations, Meta systems, or hosting providers
Users agree to use the Platform at their own risk.
10. Modifications to Terms
Sengar Infotech reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
